I listened to a webinar with SEO Net workers Raymond and Ferney the other day. It was all free knowledge and unlike many other webinar there was no sales pitch at the end. I was listening to my Discover Series by LifePath Unlimited and no matter how matter how many times I listen to my CD set I always pick up something new.  I was listening to  The Path to Riches and when I first purchased the set I thought to myself I can’t wait to get that “Riches CD”.  It will finally tell me how to become immensely wealthy; I was in for a surprise because as it turned out The Path to Riches was gratitude.

I was like gratitude but as I listened to the CD I totally understood where the path to riches laid.  Patrick Combs, host Luminary, discussed “that the only time you are unhappy, is when you focus on what you don’t have.”  That is a deep statement because it is so true.  How do you feel when you are thinking about the money in your bank account?  Did I see a smile across your face or a sad look?  A perfect example of this is King Midas, most of us have heard about “The Midas Touch”.

King Midas was a great king and had many things to be grateful for such friend, family and especially his daughter.  King Midas longed to be the richest man in the World and he was granted a wish that everything he touched would turn to gold.  The only problem was that it came at a grave price because everything he took for granted turned to gold.  He was no longer able to appreciate the flowers, his friends, food or his daughter.  The Midas touch changed everything he should have been truly grateful for into gold.

When I heard this story as a child I thought that the story was about greed and being covetous.  As an adult I see so much more than that, gratitude is indeed the path to riches.  The one thing that I am grateful for is my time freedom.  I remember when I worked 12 to 14 hours workday and then get up in the morning to do it all over again.  What are you truly grateful for?

You may format your video as if you telling a story that should last about 2 to 6 minutes. You have about 10 to 15 seconds to grab the viewer attention. You may introduce a problem or issue that a person who owns a German shepherd dog might face.  The solution is then presented with a strong call to action is required.  You either direct them to a blog or website that would present the solution in more detail.

Video marketing is a great way to Market your business, but if you don’t live up to your claims, then you will be instantly viewed in a negative light. If you say you are going to reveal an amazing secret, make sure you reveal it.  The second that the viewer does not trust you, your credibility is out the window. You might have a great video, but if you are missing one key ingredient you will not be able to generate leads.

Wow your video has 10,000 views but only one person opt into your list.  Your content must absolutely match the title of your video.  I have watched many videos where the content had nothing to do with the title.   If your title says that it is training German shepherd how to walk on their hind legs, then your videos better pertains to that.  If your views are not translating into generate traffic and leads, then your message might be kinked somewhere.

Video marketing is an easy way to generate traffic and free leads for you business.  Your video will do this for an indefinite amount of time.  It is best to do a great job at the onset then to have to go back and make changes later.  Any changes made normally put you back to the bottom of the ranking for Google.  It is better to live the ounce of pain of discipline then the heavy weigh of regret.

Google loves Squidoo.com, which is a free service that allows you to make an unlimited number of web pages on any subject you want.  The rules of using self serving links are very flexible, unlike that for Article writing.   Squidoo lenses appear on the organic side of first page of a keyword search.  Also Make a Hub on HubPages.com for the same reasons given for Squidoo lenses.

Social Bookmark everything your have on Digg, Delicious and other social book marking site.

Syndicating to all the social networks that you are associated would be the capping of a job well done.  You may set up the entire process automatically on Facebook, Twitter etc.  You may also use onlywire.com which will syndicate to all your Web 2.0 Medias automatically.
