Shirland Carrington, M.B.A, B.S
Shirland Carrington is originally from Barbados and has lived in America for a very long time. I followed the American dream of going to school earning my B.S in Electrical Engineering in 1992. I then started to live my life as a husband and father of two sons. I was never able to achieve the success that I desired. I worked mostly in the Retail and Restaurant Industry at the management level. I even sold a home care system door to door. I was never able to spend time with my family that I wanted. I wanted to make more time and financial freedom.

Shirland and His Older Son July, 2009
I decided to go back to school to earn my MBA in 2002; I completed my degree in 2004. I went back to school on the pretext of making myself more marketable and earn more money. Success still evaded me. I was terminated from my position in January 2009 and I decided at that time I would no longer work another Corporation. I started getting back into personal development and found Rich Dad, Poor dad. I realized after reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki that I should have never gone back to school. I should have focused on being on the right side of the Cash Flow Quadrant instead of continuing to be an employee.
I finally found a business that resonates with me in the personal development industry. I work with a personal development company that has product that is unsurpassed by any other company, excellent compensation plan and outstanding community. I am finally Shirland spends his time with his two sons and loves to travel.
